Bob had an unmatched dedication to Scouting, and leaves behind an incredible legacy and an unparallelled scouting program here in Victoria.
Our thoughts go out to Eleanor, and all of Bob’s loved ones during this difficult time.
Watching from South Korea. fond memories of Bob’s love for family, scouts, education, cricket.
Particularly my time living with the Taylor family in Walkington, North Humberside in 1984.
