A: We encourage you to share your link with family and friends.

Q: If my livestream feed drops out, what should I do?
A: If your stream drops, try refreshing your browser. The stream should come back. If there is a technical issue, it will restart after the technical issue has been sorted.

Q: What happens if there is no Livestream due to technical issues?
A: We will upload the funeral service to our website with the link provided within 24-48 hours. We will notify you when we have uploaded the video.

Q: What devices can I watch the funeral on?
A: You can watch the funeral on all types of devices. Simply load our website, choose the funeral and push play. You can then push the stream to a TV if you like. (Depending on the Tvs capabilities)

Q: What is your turn around time for producing DVDs.
A: We aim for delivery to you no longer than 1-2 weeks. This may change due to circumstances. We will notify you if there is a delay.

Q: How can I have the comments from friends and family from the website?
A: You can print them off the page at any stage. We would suggest that you wait a week after the funeral as more may come through from friends and family.

Q: Can you stream in all areas of Victoria?
A: Well, we’ll try! However, this is completely dependent on good internet connectivity in your event’s location.

Q: Can I reschedule my booking?
A: We are happy to reschedule, please contact us in a timely manner.

Q: How far do you travel for filming a funeral?
A: We can travel all over Victoria, additional travel costs may apply for travel out of Melbourne Metro Area.

Q: How long will my families funeral stay on your website for?
A: We will keep your funeral online for 1 year from date of the service.

Q: What if I lose my password for a funeral viewing?
A: Let us know ASAP and we will send on the password.
