My condolences and prayers, Jess, Rory, & all family members. I only knew Bill for a short time; as his Physio in Seahaven, our sessions were always filled with his stories about his children and his adventures. He was a kind hearted person and protective (in a good way) which reminds me so much of my dad back in my home country. He was my to-go person when I needed tools for repairing wheelchairs and walkers in Seahaven. I will definitely miss him & his adventure stories. To Jess & Rory, most of his stories were about your childhood and how much he is proud and love you guys dearly. Rest easy, Bill. Love, Physio Sam

I had the honour and privilege of supporting Bill (and Jess) through his NDIS journey. Bill was always one of those people that I looked forward to chatting to… he was always kind and funny and had a joke for me always. He deeply loved his children and I know that he loved his granddaughter and had already started loving his impending grandchild… my thoughts and respect always for Bill and also for Jess and the family.
