I will always remember Chris as having a sense of humour that always surprised, could shock and always made you laugh. When we were at school he would make up songs that we still remember.
when we were young Sharon and I would no doubt annoy Chris to no end, and he in turn would tease us relentlessly.
when we were older we would laugh about our younger days, the laughs we had, the funny things that happened. As an adult I got to see a different Chris, but one that was always joking around.
chris always spoke so lovingly about his Brittany, he was so proud of her. He loved his family and was very proud if what each of them had achieved. His love for Maz was evident from the times as a teenager he would jump over the back fence to see her.. which of course we found hilarious. Chris was a person who cared deeply for those he loved, he was a good guy, which is evidenced by his loving family and many friends.
To Chris’s family, my family growing up, I send my love and deepest sympathy for your loss. Xxx
My fond memories of Chris was when we played cricket for DJFCC, he was a competitive beast who let every batsman know there weaknesses as he gobbed off behind the stumps, however, he backed it up with being a great gloveman and a solid batsman, he was always encouraging to a very average bowler (me) but most of all, he was a bloody ripping guy, my heartfelt thoughts are with his whole family, till we meet again Chris, RIP❤️
Chris was always happy to help with TV set ups and always enjoyed a joke and a bit of banter.
Thoughts are with Marion, Brittany and all of the Samperi family.

My fave ones that always come to mind are all of the sleepovers… Brittany, Bianca and I would always set traps all around your house and we’d sit and spy in hope you or aunty Maz would get caught in them. You used to get so mad at us. We sure got our cheekiness from our dads!

This was such a loving service, you could really see just how much every single person there loves Chris so much with all their hearts. Has been such an incredible loving family man. I will always remember my random chats online with Chris. We would randomly reach out to each other every now then for a laugh over something or to see how each other is doing through tough times and offer support. He was an amazing man.
The biggest star in the sky right now is you uncle. You would be looking down, so bloody proud of everyone today especially your two girls.
A beautiful service, which will be continued with a beautiful celebration of your life when we can!
