Hi, Nic. Marlene and I send you our love and prayers that God will give you strength and comfort. You have been a truly loving son who has given your all in caring for your Mum.
That practical caring love made a difference for her.
I tried to get to the funeral from Western Australia, but sadly that did not come off. Will try and catch up in person later in the year… when we might go birding together along with our mates, Andrew and Lorraine.
Our sympathy also to all the family.

So sorry for your loss, Nic. It’s been decades now since I last saw her but distinctly remember her friendliness and incredible English accent. I pray you find peace in the time ahead, and a new bluebird for your shoulder. 🙏🏻
